Common symptoms included alopecia and skin lesions, while blood tests showed leucocytosis and hypoalbuminemia. Treatment with a single dose of fluralaner resulted in a 100% recovery rate, with negative skin scraping results by day 28 and normalization of blood parameters by days 14 and 28.
