    TLDR YN oil combined with Rhinacanthus nasutus leaf is an effective and safe treatment for dog skin disease.
    The study evaluated the efficacy of Dipterocarpus alatus oil (YN oil) combined with Rhinacanthus nasutus leaf (WC) and Garcinia mangostana pericarps (MG) in treating canine demodicosis in 25 mixed-breed dogs, divided into five groups with five dogs each. The treatment with YN oil+WC showed the most significant improvement, with hyperpigmentation and lichenification disappearing by day 28 and alopecia by day 56. No adverse effects were noted, suggesting that YN oil+WC could be an effective and safe alternative herbal treatment for localized canine demodicosis.
