TLDR Fenugreek seed extract boosts testosterone and improves male reproductive health without heart side effects.
The study investigated the androgenic efficacy of glycosides-based standardized fenugreek seed extract (SFSE-G) in male Wistar rats. Over 28 days, rats received oral doses of SFSE-G, which resulted in enhanced sexual behavior, increased weights of reproductive organs, higher serum testosterone levels, improved sperm count, and elevated penile nitric oxide concentration, while maintaining normal testis architecture. Additionally, SFSE-G significantly inhibited aromatase and 5-alpha-reductase enzymes in vitro. Acute intravenous administration of SFSE-G increased intracavernous pressure without affecting cardiovascular parameters. The findings suggest that SFSE-G has significant androgenic and spermatogenic effects through testosterone metabolism inhibition, without cardiovascular side effects.

Redensyl, which is a topical alternative to Minoxidil for hair loss. It may have advantages such as not making the hair greasy and lasting longer after discontinuing use than minoxidil. There are some positive reports from users, but also some negative ones, so it's unclear how effective this treatment will be in comparison to Minoxidil and other treatments like Finasteride or RU58841.
