    An 18-year-old male patient with Alopecia areata experienced significant hair regrowth after undergoing a combination treatment of microneedling with cupping, alongside internal medication and local oil application. Despite previous unsuccessful treatments, after 15 sessions over 4 months, the patient showed normal and healthy hair growth. The internal medications included Asthimajja pachak, Praval Panchamrit, and Krumikurthar rasa. This approach was highlighted as a cost-effective and less invasive alternative to expensive hair treatments and transplantation.
