TLDR Cinchonine Nanostructured Lipid Carriers serum safely and effectively stimulates hair growth and increases the number and size of hair follicles.
The study tested Cinchonine Nanostructured Lipid Carriers (CN-NLC) serum as a hair growth stimulant in a mice model of Androgenetic Alopecia. The serum was applied for 21 days, with measurements taken at 7, 14, and 21 days. The results showed hair length increased by 20.24-23.74% on day 7, 33.47-36.43% on day 14, and 39.30-39.97% on day 21. Additionally, the serum increased the number and size of hair follicles and dermal papillae. The study concluded that CN-NLC serum is safe and effective as a hair growth stimulant in the treatment of Androgenetic Alopecia.
