Proliferating Giant Pilomatrixoma: A Case Report

This case report describes a rare instance of a giant and atypical proliferating pilomatrixoma on the eyelid, successfully treated with surgical excision, with no recurrence observed after one year, emphasizing the need to excise and histologically evaluate enlarging periocular masses to rule out malignancy.
