    TLDR A rare hair follicle tumor in the hand was successfully removed with no return after four years.
    Pilomatrixoma is a benign tumor of the hair follicle, typically found in the head and neck, and often misdiagnosed as other skin lesions. This report highlights a rare case of pilomatrixoma located in the left hand of a 40-year-old patient. The tumor was surgically treated, and there was no recurrence after four years of follow-up.
