The user has chronic itchy scalp and dandruff, unresponsive to ketoconazole, selenium sulfide, zinc pyrithione, coal tar, and salicylic acid. Topical steroids were also ineffective for long-term use.

A user's regimen to help with their diffuse thinning, which includes taking Pyrilutamide BID, 1mg finasteride daily, 2.5mg oral minoxidil daily, topical minoxidil since August 2021, LLLT every two days, topical fin, progesterone, melatonin, minoxidil (started one week ago), pumpkin seed oil and not dermarolling; other commenters suggested Nizoral for dandruff control and caution when using pre-mixed products with Pyrilutamide.

I microneedle once a week at the length of 1.5mm, Nizoral 1% twice or thrice per week, apple cider vinegar hair wash after shampooing.. **I've started taking oral min 2.5 - 5mg since 2 weeks**
The user has been using minoxidil 5% at night, finasteride 1mg daily, dutasteride 0.5mg weekly, microneedling weekly, Nizoral 1% shampoo, and apple cider vinegar hair wash. They recently started taking oral minoxidil 2.5-5mg and report no side effects.
