    A Movement Disorder, also known as a Motor Disorder, refers to a group of neurological conditions that cause abnormal voluntary or involuntary movements, or reduced movement. These disorders can include tremors, tics, dystonia, and Parkinson's disease, and they often result from dysfunction in the brain regions that control movement, such as the basal ganglia.
