    Caffeine, also known as 1,3,7-Trimethylxanthine, is a natural stimulant most commonly found in coffee, tea, and various energy drinks. It works by blocking the action of adenosine, a neurotransmitter that promotes sleep, thereby increasing alertness and reducing the perception of fatigue.
