    Heart failure, also known as congestive heart failure (CHF), is a chronic condition where the heart is unable to pump blood efficiently enough to meet the body's needs. This can result from various underlying issues such as coronary artery disease, high blood pressure, or previous heart attacks, leading to symptoms like shortness of breath, fatigue, and fluid retention.
