Histopathological refers to the microscopic examination of tissue in order to study the manifestations of disease. This process, also known as histopathology, involves analyzing tissue samples under a microscope to identify abnormalities, such as those seen in conditions like alopecia, where hair follicles might show specific patterns of inflammation or damage.
