In this case report, a 53-year-old woman with Little-Graham-Piccardi-Lassueur-Syndrome responded well to a treatment regimen of hydroxychloroquine, methotrexate, and other therapies, effectively halting the progression of this rare dermatosis characterized by alopecia and hyperkeratotic eruptions.
