three fundamental bio-energies governing body and mind processes

In Ayurveda, an ancient system of medicine from India, "Dosha" refers to the three fundamental bio-energies or principles that govern the physical and mental processes in the body. These are Vata (air and space), Pitta (fire and water), and Kapha (water and earth). Each person has a unique combination of these Doshas, which influences their health, personality, and susceptibility to various conditions, including hair and scalp issues like alopecia.
