    The study presents a zinc-coordinated tri-enzyme nanogel system (Zn@nGSC) designed to mimic natural enzymatic assemblies for improved catalytic control in complex biological environments. This system confines glucose oxidase, superoxide dismutase, and catalase within a polymeric nanogel matrix, maintaining enzymatic activity and enhancing cascade efficiency under stress. In a murine model of post-pancreatectomy wound healing, Zn@nGSC effectively restores redox balance and metabolic homeostasis, addressing hyperglycemia and promoting regeneration. Additionally, it exhibits antibacterial properties that enhance angiogenesis, collagen deposition, and immune modulation, offering a promising therapeutic approach for metabolically compromised microenvironments.
