Reversible Vision Loss with Pituitary Microadenoma Following PRP Injection for Hair Growth: A Rare Case Report

The presence of a pituitary microadenoma suggests potential interactions between PRP growth factors and neurovascular structures. The report calls for caution and further research to understand PRP's neurological effects and to develop safety guidelines, especially regarding vision-related complications.
