    TLDR Using hyaluronic acid fillers for a lateral temporal lift can cause serious blood vessel issues.
    This case report discusses a vascular complication following a lateral temporal lifting technique using hyaluronic acid-based fillers, which can result from arterial or venous occlusion. The complication was identified by symptoms such as acute pain, scarlet-red spots, Livedo reticularis, and alopecia. Immediate treatment is crucial to prevent tissue damage and skin necrosis. The patient in this case was treated over a period of 3 months.
