TLDR The method for measuring uncertainty in finasteride tablets is reliable.
The study established a method for uncertainty analysis in the HPLC determination of finasteride content and content uniformity in tablets. By deducing a calculation formula for uncertainty, the researchers analyzed variable parameters within the procedures to calculate each component of uncertainty. They synthesized these uncertainties to obtain a combined uncertainty. The conclusion was that the mathematical model of uncertainty measurement developed in this study was reasonable and reliable.
