Transdermal Delivery of a New Hair Growth Promoting Solution in Patients with Hair Loss

TLDR The hair growth solution reduced hair loss and increased hair thickness in a small group of patients.
In 2019, a study was conducted on 6 Korean patients suffering from hair loss, who were treated with a hair growth promoting solution, either Mr. Care Hair Vital Ampoule® or Mr. Care Hair Vital Ampoule plus®, using the JetPeel™ transdermal delivery system. The solution, containing growth factors from human stem cell-conditioned media and elements like biotin, zinc, niacinamide, and panthenol, was sprayed on the scalp once a week for three months. All patients experienced less hair loss and thicker hair after the treatment. However, due to the small sample size and lack of control cases, further placebo-controlled studies were needed to evaluate the efficacy of this treatment.
