The study aimed to detect antibodies (TPO, TG, TSHR, and ANA) associated with thyroid disorders using 71 blood samples from thyroid patients and 20 from healthy controls. Results showed that 29.58% of patients had hyperthyroidism, with 15.49% having immune hyperthyroidism, and 70.42% had hypothyroidism, with 46.47% having immune hypothyroidism. Hair loss was observed in 81.81% of patients with immune hyperthyroidism. TPO antibodies were found in 46.48% of patients, TSHR in 9.85%, and TG in 45.07%. The study concluded that patients with immunological thyroid disorders exhibit different pathogenic signs and various antibody quantities, with a favorable Ku-pattern ratio for 13 nuclear patterns.
