    The review highlighted the therapeutic potential of Hibiscus rosa sinensis, commonly known as roselle, which was rich in phytochemicals such as flavonoids, tannins, terpenoids, saponins, and alkaloids. These compounds were found to have various medicinal properties, including hypotensive, anti-pyretic, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, antioxidant, anti-bacterial, anti-diabetic, wound healing, and abortifacient activities. The plant's seeds, leaves, fruits, and roots were utilized in herbal medicine and foods, demonstrating significant benefits in treating cardiovascular diseases, helmentic disease, and cancer. The review aimed to emphasize the broad therapeutic applications of Hibiscus rosa sinensis.
