Synchronous Pancreas And Gallbladder Cancer With Concomitant Alopecia Totalis

A 55-year-old female presented with synchronous malignancies of the gallbladder and pancreas, a rare occurrence with fewer than 10 cases reported globally. Uniquely, she also experienced alopecia totalis, characterized by complete loss of facial and scalp hair, which is typically linked to autoimmune disorders. This case is notable as alopecia totalis has not previously been documented as a presenting feature of abdominal malignancies, highlighting a rare and unusual clinical presentation.
