A 30-year-old woman treated with a single dose of methotrexate (MTX) for ectopic pregnancy experienced severe multi-organ involvement, including generalized pustular rashes, alopecia, hyperpigmentation, nausea, vomiting, oral ulcers, and raised creatinine levels. She was admitted to the emergency department three days post-treatment and later transferred to the ICU due to pancytopenia, fever, and loss of consciousness.
