This study investigates the effectiveness of SCOBY kombucha gel on incision wound healing in mice, using a Completely Randomized Design with 8 treatment groups. The gel, containing bioactive compounds from green tea and microbial metabolites, was applied in concentrations of 0%, 2%, 4%, 8%, 10%, and 12%. Results showed that SCOBY kombucha gel effectively reduced wound size, with the 12% concentration demonstrating the most significant healing effect compared to lower concentrations and the negative control group.
