    The study evaluated pediatric pathological scars in 35 patients using three methods: Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS), dermoscopy, and Antera 3D®. Antera 3D® provided objective measurements and showed significant reductions in pigmentation, vascularity, and volume, demonstrating high sensitivity and precision. VSS showed significant improvements in pliability, height, and overall impression but minimal changes in pigmentation or vascularity. Dermoscopy indicated moderate improvements in vascularity and pigmentation. The study concludes that integrating Antera 3D® into clinical practice can enhance treatment monitoring and provide more accurate timing for therapeutic interventions, despite its limitations in assessing larger scars and certain parameters like pliability.
