TLDR Premature hair loss doesn't increase the risk of metabolic syndrome.
The study investigated the association between premature androgenetic alopecia (AGA) and metabolic syndrome in 75 male patients. The results showed that the prevalence of metabolic syndrome in patients with premature AGA was 8%, which was not higher than in the general population. There was a significant positive correlation between the severity of AGA and metabolic syndrome (p=0.049). However, the study concluded that the prevalence of metabolic syndrome was not increased in patients with premature AGA compared to the general population.

Despite stopping both medications, ED persisted, and hair loss worsened. Advice given includes considering tadalafil for ED, resuming finasteride, using minoxidil, and addressing psychological factors through positive thinking and lifestyle changes.

Creatine may cause hair loss in some individuals, especially those on finasteride, despite no scientific link. Personal experiences suggest individual sensitivity to DHT could be a factor.
