TLDR Baldness score can't be used to predict prostate size.
In 2018, Nassim Aourag and colleagues at Radboud University Medical Center conducted a study involving 177 subjects to investigate the relationship between androgenic alopecia (baldness) and prostate size. The study found no correlation between the androgenic alopecia score and lower urinary tract symptoms or prostate volume. Therefore, the researchers concluded that the androgenic alopecia score cannot be used to estimate prostate size. The study was retrospective and exploratory, suggesting that a prospective study might provide a more definitive answer.
