The study focuses on formulating and evaluating a polyherbal hair oil using flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum) to moisturize and nourish hair. Flaxseed is rich in α-linolenic acid, lignans, and fiber, which improve circulation and promote hair growth. The oil contains beneficial substances like Omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium, calcium, and lignans, which may prevent cancer and reduce cardiovascular disease risk. The research highlights the advantages of herbal cosmetics, which have lower negative effects and are safer for addressing hair loss, thinning, split ends, dandruff, and increased sebum production. The inclusion of curry leaves and other herbal ingredients enhances hair growth and conditioning, maintaining scalp cleanliness and adding shine.
