    A 13-year-old girl with symptoms including auricular chondritis, recurrent chest pain, arthritis, bronchitis, conjunctivitis, prolonged steroid-resistant alopecia areata, and recurrent tonsillitis was considered for diagnoses of autoimmunity and relapsing polychondritis. She was successfully treated with co-trimoxazole, an antibiotic with immunomodulatory properties, highlighting its significance in treating autoimmune diseases.
