The findings highlighted that patients faced significant physical and psychological challenges during hospitalization, including feelings of isolation and anxiety. Post-discharge, many patients reported ongoing health issues, such as fatigue and breathlessness, which affected their quality of life. The study emphasizes the need for comprehensive post-discharge support to address these long-term effects and improve patient outcomes.
