    This study aimed to understand the experiences of patients hospitalized with COVID-19 and the impact on their quality of life post-discharge. Ten patients participated in semi-structured interviews, revealing three key themes: communication and inpatient experience, symptoms following discharge, and regaining independence. Patients reported psychological distress during hospitalization and up to three months post-discharge, with many pushing themselves physically despite ongoing symptoms. The study suggests implementing psychosocial interventions to support patients after discharge, providing valuable insights for nursing staff to improve patient care.
