This case study explores the effectiveness of palliative treatment and Viddhakarma (Puncture Therapy in Ayurveda) for androgenetic alopecia in a 37-year-old male. Over four months, the patient received Viddhakarma, Nilibhringadi Taila application, and palliative medications, with weekly monitoring. Results showed new hair root development within two weeks, improved hair quality, and normalization of scalp warmth sensation after one month. Significant hair regrowth was observed without adverse effects, suggesting that personalized Ayurvedic management can be effective for treating androgenetic alopecia.
