In this case report, a 21-year-old male with alopecia areata showed significant hair regrowth and an improved SALT score after receiving Viddhakarma, an Ayurvedic para-surgical procedure done twice weekly for six weeks, along with internal medications, without adverse effects.

In this case study, Ayurvedic management including Viddhakarma and Nilibhringadi Taila led to significant hair regrowth and improved hair quality in a 37-year-old man with androgenetic alopecia, without adverse effects.
