    The study explores the use of rapamycin-primed mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes (REXO) to enhance hair regrowth. In a murine model, REXO treatment led to improved hair follicle development, increased hair density, and activation of hair growth markers compared to controls. The study highlights the role of Wnt/β-catenin signaling and autophagy in promoting hair regrowth, suggesting REXO therapy as a promising treatment for hair loss. In vitro, REXO increased dermal cell proliferation and upregulated genes related to key signaling pathways. In vivo, REXO-treated mice showed significantly enhanced hair regrowth, with increased expression of genes and proteins associated with hair growth pathways. The study involved 5 to 6 mice per group, demonstrating the superior regenerative potential of REXO in promoting hair follicular development and hair growth.
