A 7-year-old boy with medulloblastoma and undergoing chemotherapy developed central precocious puberty (CPP) following tumor resection. Despite normal initial evaluations for secondary hypertension, his rapid growth and early pubertal signs led to further investigation, revealing elevated testosterone and luteinizing hormone levels. Brain MRI showed a normal pituitary gland, suggesting CPP due to mass effect from the tumor. Treatment with leuprolide successfully suppressed pubertal changes, and follow-up showed normalized hormone levels. The case highlighted the association of CPP with posterior fossa tumors and the importance of monitoring for early puberty in such patients.
