The study evaluated the diagnostic significance of nasal breathing parameters in 30 children aged 3 to 10 years with adenoiditis, using an apparatus to measure temperature and pressure before and one month after treatment. The analysis included airflow temperature and pressure, the Hurst coefficient, and 2D and 3D visualizations. Results indicated that assessing the dynamics of these functional parameters allowed for a prompt evaluation of the effectiveness and adequacy of conservative adenoiditis treatments in outpatient settings.
