Long-Term Sequelae of COVID-19: A Six-Month Follow-Up Study at a Tertiary Care Center in South Kerala

    This study from South Kerala examined 184 COVID-19 survivors over six months to assess long-term complications. Initially, 69% experienced post-COVID issues, with fatigue being the most common at 43.5%. By six months, complications decreased to 22.8%, emphasizing the importance of ongoing medical support. The study highlights the need for tailored follow-up care and evidence-based guidelines to manage post-COVID syndrome effectively.
