This study evaluated the effectiveness of a professional Diode laser versus the Silk’n™ Flash & Go Lux home-use laser for hair reduction in 15 female participants. The professional laser achieved significantly higher hair reduction (85% on the right axilla and 88% on the left) compared to the home-use laser (52% on the right axilla and 46.3% on the left). Both devices caused mild side effects, but no serious adverse effects were reported.
