TLDR A rare case of severe scalp hair loss and nail issues in keratosis follicularis was observed.
A rare case of keratosis follicularis with extensive alopecia and nail obliteration is reported in a 29-year-old woman, observed over three years. Unlike typical cases, which do not usually involve significant hair loss, this patient exhibited almost total scalp alopecia along with characteristic skin lesions and severe nail involvement. This unusual presentation highlights a rare manifestation of the disease.
