TLDR A rare case of severe scalp hair loss and nail issues in keratosis follicularis was observed.
Extensive alopecia is rare in keratosis follicularis, which typically involves the scalp with crusting similar to seborrhea but without significant hair loss. A unique case of a 29-year-old woman with almost total scalp alopecia, severe nail abnormalities, and characteristic skin lesions has been observed for over three years, highlighting an unusual presentation of the disease.
