Kang'ai Injection Combined with FLO Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer: A Clinical Observation of 40 Cases

The study observed the effects of Kang'ai injection combined with FLO chemotherapy on 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer, divided into two groups of 40 each. The observation group received Kang'ai injection alongside the FLO regimen, while the control group received only the FLO regimen. Results showed a higher total effective rate in the observation group (57.5%) compared to the control group (25%), with significant differences in side effects and quality of life improvements. The observation group experienced fewer toxic reactions and a higher increase in Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) scores, indicating better quality of life, compared to the control group. The study concluded that Kang'ai injection combined with FLO chemotherapy was effective, with fewer side effects and improved quality of life for patients.
