TLDR GLPLS and LPP are variants of lichen planus.
Two cases of follicular lichen planus were reported, with Case 1 fitting the Graham Little-Piccardi-Lassueur syndrome (GLPLS) and Case 2 fitting lichen planopilaris (LPP). The immunofluorescent findings and clinical overlap in these cases supported the concept that GLPLS and LPP were variants of lichen planus.
