A Classical Homeopathic Approach in Trichotillomania with Patchy Alopecia: A Case Treated at Dr. Batra’s Homeopathy Clinic

This case report details the treatment of a middle-aged male with trichotillomania and vertex patchy alopecia at Dr Batra’s Homeopathy Clinic. The patient experienced compulsive hair pulling for two years, worsened in the last two months, along with disturbed sleep and anxiety. Conventional therapies were ineffective, so a classical homeopathic approach was used, involving individualized treatment and systematic follow-ups over seven months. The patient showed marked reduction in hair pulling, improved scalp condition, and hair regrowth, demonstrating the potential effectiveness of homeopathy in managing trichotillomania and associated alopecia.
