Histopathological Evaluation of Urethroplasty with Buccal Mucosa Graft: An Experimental Study in Rabbits

The study evaluated the histopathological outcomes of urethroplasty using buccal mucosa grafts in rabbits. The research aimed to assess the viability and integration of buccal mucosa as a graft material for urethral reconstruction. The findings indicated that buccal mucosa grafts were effective in promoting tissue regeneration and healing in the urethral reconstruction of rabbits, suggesting potential for clinical application in human urethroplasty.
