    This study investigated the relationship between hijab use and telogen effluvium (TE) among 120 female medical students at Universitas Islam Bandung. Despite 72.5% of participants using the hijab appropriately and 55.8% experiencing TE, the study found no significant association between hijab use and the occurrence of TE (p = 0.86). The prevalence of hair loss was relatively high, but hijab use was not a contributing factor.
