    The study evaluated the hair growth promotion activity, physical stability, and safety of hair tonic containing 2.5%, 5%, and 10% hibiscus leaf extract. The hair tonic was applied to rabbits, and hair length, thickness, weight, and density were measured. The 10% hibiscus leaf extract hair tonic showed better hair growth promotion than 2% minoxidil. Physical stability tests indicated good stability at various temperatures. Safety tests revealed no skin irritation but positive eye irritation.
