TLDR Hair UpTM effectively and safely promotes hair regrowth, especially in minors.
The retrospective analysis of 53 subjects with alopecia totalis (AT) and alopecia universalis (AU) treated with topical Hair UpTM showed promising results. The study included 26 minors and 27 adults, with 34 subjects having AU and 19 having AT. The treatment was very safe, with minimal contact reactivity. Almost all subjects (96%) achieved vellus hair growth, and 43% developed full abundant hair. SALT scores exceeded 75% in 75% of cases. Notably, 94% of minors achieved a cosmetically acceptable result compared to 58% of adults. The study concluded that Hair UpTM is effective and safe, particularly for minors.
