    TLDR A 15-year-old boy had a rare skin growth on his buttock.
    A 15-year-old boy had a 15-year history of papules and nodules on his right buttock, which were diagnosed as giant folliculosebaceous cystic hamartoma. Clinical examination revealed varying sizes of papules and nodules, some forming hard plaques. Histopathologic analysis showed a malformed hair follicle with a dilated infundibulum, hyperplastic sebaceous gland, sclerotized surrounding collagen, and adipose tissues in the upper and mid-dermis.
