The study evaluated the efficacy and safety of Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) hair transplant for treating androgenetic alopecia in 35 patients in Al Najaf City. Hair growth began after 3 months, with increased density observed at 6 months. Three patients (8%) experienced postural hypotension postoperatively, which improved with position changes. All patients reported slight pain and burning at the donor site, alleviated by simple analgesia. The procedure was found to be effective and satisfactory for both patients and doctors, with no scarring. The authors recommended applying the procedure to a larger group to further assess its effectiveness.
