    The study aimed to reduce hair loss and promote hair growth using a herbal shampoo formulated with fermented rice water, which is rich in antioxidants like inositol, and traditional herbs such as Hibiscus rosasinensis, Sapindus mukorossi, Aloe Vera, Senegalia rugata, and Phyllanthus emblica. The shampoo demonstrated excellent foaming ability, effective washing, low surface tension, viscosity, soothing effects, and was biodegradable and environmentally friendly. The results indicated that the herbal shampoo is safe, effective, and efficient in treating hair loss.
