A man developed erectile dysfunction during treatment with finasteride for androgenic alopecia. Post-finasteride syndrome symptoms included erectile dysfunction in 100% of patients, and one patient had homogeneous erectile tissue. A novel penile ultrasound technique was used to explain the mechanism of erectile dysfunction in young patients using finasteride for androgenic alopecia.
