    This study investigates the effectiveness of ethanol and chloroform extracts from the onchidiid snail (Onchidium thyphae) in promoting hair growth in male Wistar strain white rats (Rattus norvegicus). The rats were divided into four groups: a negative control group, a positive control group using candlenut oil, a treatment group with chloroform extract, and another with ethanol extract. Over 14 days, the chloroform extract group showed the most significant hair growth, achieving a length of 1.61 cm, indicating that the chloroform extract is effective in promoting hair growth in this model.
